He’s currently anchored in Republic, Missouri and loves creativity, business, and spending time with his wife and 4 kids.

Josh’s goal is to guide you towards clarity through strategy and creativity.

Whether it’s a visual identity for your brand or anything else your mind can dream up, rest assured it’ll be skillfully crafted with just the right mix of strategy + creativity (and probably lots of coffee too 😊).

A few kind words
💬

Thomassen Collective always delivers a stellar product on time. Some of our projects are pretty well defined and Josh Thomassen listens well, takes notes and executes our vision wonderfully. In other cases we look to Josh for concept and design and have always been pleased with the thoughtful and creative work that returns. Each time I’ve used Thomassen Collective on a project I’ve walked away thinking ‘It should always be like this.’
— Jason Inman, New Media and Production Coordinator, Convoy of Hope
My church wanted to rebrand, and I knew that Josh Thomassen was the only one for the job. His ability to understand the vision and then take it from there to bring it to life is a true gift and talent. Josh made the entire process enjoyable because he cares as much as you do and he puts in the work. I love working with Thomassen Collective and will definitely be reaching out to him for future projects!
— Aaron Ullah, Communications Director, Southwest Church (Coachella Valley)
I have been in the printing business for over 40 years and have worked with Josh Thomassen on all kind of projects from digital to offset to large format, and I have to say when I get files from him I do not have to worry about preflighting. I can take his files and go straight to press. Josh always stays on top of all his projects. He is one of the best designers that I have come across in our business.
— Danny Dhirani, President, Adam Labels and Printing LLC
Thomassen Collective has given my business the professional presence that I need to stand separate from my competition. All graphic work is completed with the highest level of quality! If you want to take your business to the next level, you need Thomassen on your team!

I’ve worked closely with Josh on two projects. The first was in [2017] involving branding and logo creation and the second, a recent book design [2024]. In each case the communication from Thomassen Collective, creative process, and product, have been absolutely superb.
— Rob, AGWM
Thomassen Collective not only provides great design work, but captures the message and heartbeat of the project. Incredible to work with, timely in delivery and would highly recommend to anyone looking for design help.
— Darian, National Men's Ministries
When I started up my own private practice I needed a professionally done logo that captured the spirit of what my practice is about. Thomassen Collective provided me with lots of copy proposals to look at. One especially caught the idea of discovery which is so much a part of what I do as a counselor.

Thomassen was very intuitive regarding the concept of my business and very easy to work with. I still receive many positive comments on my logo. Thank you.

The Convoy of Hope Interns are thrilled to partner with Thomassen Collective in getting the word out regarding ways to show compassion around the world. Since the earliest days of the intern program, Thomassen has played a key communications role. We love our partnership with Thomassen Collective due in part to the fabulously creative graphics, timely work, customer service, obvious dedication, and heart for people.
— Matt Wilkie, Convoy of Hope

The Thomassen Collective Manifesto

Countless occurrences along the journey of life seem daunting at first glance (and second glance, and third glance). It may be due to the tumultuous waves that crash into us from all sides or the uncharted waters we find ourselves in at the most inopportune times. This collective journey we are all on requires courage. And courage requires a strong and wise fleet. We shouldn’t venture onward alone. Friends and family and community. They are the fleet. Supplying us with the courage and the hope that not only fill our sails but also anchor us when we need it. The north star. Guiding us. Leading us onward no matter what. Here’s to the process. The voyage. The journey. Come join the crew and sail along.
